A keen interest to learn and implement performance improvements in workplace, drive a performance oriented culture in professional and personal life

The program shall be conducted in an immensely practical manner through examples, illustrations,case studies, games, group work, data analysis and Q&A sessions with sharp focus on Six Sigma for business results. It shall also leverage eXample Consulting group’s standardized and world class Six Sigma templates to "impart structured "Green Belt / Black Belt" Level competency to the participants.
Note: Candidates can also bring their own laptop (Configuration – 256 MB RAM, 40 GB HDD, Windows XP with MS Excel-97 (or above) and XL-Analysis Tool pack/VBA installed). The Six Sigma software and exercise data sets shall be installed to the participant’s laptop at the venue.
"Green Belt / Black Belt Course Completion Certificate" shall be issued to candidates who obtain minimum 75% score in the Online / E-Assessment to be held one week after program
conclusion.
"All participants will be issued "Green Belt / Black Belt" participation certificate"
The Green / Black Belt Certificate (Participation and Course Completion) shall be issued by "eXample India" and the names of certified candidates shall be listed in eXample Consulting Group's website shortly thereafter.
For candidates desirous of receiving Green Belt / Black Belt Course Completion Certificate from "eXample USA", an "additional amount (as indicated in the brochure) shall be payable". Candidates intending to take up International or USA based assignments may wish to avail of this add-on option.
Early Birds - Participants can enroll early and earn EARLY BIRD refunds (@INR 25 x No. of days enrolled ahead) (Not applicable for Credit/Debit card bookings).
Group Booking - Participants can enroll as a group and earn GROUP BOOKING refund (@INR 500 x Group size)
The total refund amount is paid by cheque to the participant on the concluding day of the respective program.
Our participant alumni can additionally earn 10% of the Basic Program Fee (i.e., Program Fee - Service tax) as 'eXcellence eVangelist' (eXeV) reward for each participant referred and enrolled into any of the upcoming programs
