Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Public / Open Training
eXample Consulting Group's "Lean and Six Sigma" Public programs benefit professionals who wish to build competencies to lead and implement "Breakthrough Performance Improvement" using "Lean and Six Sigma" approach.

Individuals seeking Six Sigma qualifications (Indian or International candidates) (or) Corporate nominated employees identified to drive Six Sigma movement in their organizations (either fully sponsored or partly sponsored) (Indian or International candidates)
Eligibility - Qualifications and Experience
Group Booking - Participants can enroll as a group and earn GROUP BOOKING refunds (Calculated @INR 500 x Group size) - paid back to each participant.
The total refund amount is paid by cheque to the participant on the concluding day of the respective program.
eXcellence eVangelist (eXeV) award
Once you attend our course and become a participant alumni you can earn 10% of the Basic Program Fee (i.e., Program Fee - Service tax) as 'eXcellence eVangelist' (eXeV) reward for each participant referred and enrolled into any of our upcoming public / open program

Program Information and Instructions
Program Delivery
The program shall be conducted in an immensely practical manner through examples, illustrations, case studies, games, group work, data analysis and Q&A sessions with sharp focus on business results driven competency development. It shall also leverage eXampleCG’s standardized and world class Six Sigma templates to impart structured, hands-on, practical and implementation driven competencies to the participants.

Note: Candidates can also bring their own laptop installed with MS-Office 2007 (or above) with and XL-Analysis Tool pack/VBA installed). The relevant software, templates and exercise content shall be installed to the participant’s laptop at the venue.
Program fee does not include:
The certificates (Participation and Course Completion) shall be issued by “eXample India” and the names of certified candidates shall be listed in eXample Consulting Group's website shortly thereafter.
For candidates desirous of receiving relevant Course Completion Certificate from “eXample USA”, an additional application fee (as indicated in the brochure) shall be payable. Candidates intending to take up International or USA based assignments may wish to avail of this add-on option

- Cheque payments are accepted only upto 7 days prior to program start date
- Regular registration closes 48 hours prior to program start date / time
- After close of regular registration, few seats may be made available (check with us via phone) on "Walk-in" registration basis, priced at Regular Program Fees + INR 1000.
- Walk-in registrations can be done only with Debit / Credit Card (Via Button below) or Cash Payment (paid into our Bank a/c at any nearest HDFC Bank Branch).
- Walk-in registrations shall close at 6 PM the day prior to program start date
