Partnering Model Basis

Phase I - There will be a strong need to establish reputation and credibility about the new service offerings in the marketplace. Here, eXampleCG's well established credentials, brand name and excellent reputation will speed up and smoothen market entry and create an excellent and strong foundation for long term growth

Phase II - As you gain experience on engaging with clients on the new services, we shall help you to build consulting expertise to advise and anchor workshops. To ensure continued credibility of the services, we feel joint training conduction during this phase will be required so as to ensure smooth and progressive capability transfer.

Phase III - Having gained good experience, Partner gains confidence to run full project engagement cycles and license Course Material, Specialized consulting, advisory and Certification components from eXampleCG.
