Program Information and Instructions

Program Delivery
The program shall be conducted in an immensely practical manner through examples, illustrations, case studies, games, group work, data analysis and Q&A sessions with sharp focus on business results driven competency development. It shall also leverage eXampleCG’s standardized and world class Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) framework templates to impart structured, hand-on, practical and implementation driven competencies to the participants.

  • Course Completion Certificate (to those passing the test with >= 75.0% score)
  • Service Tax (as applicable)

Note: Candidates shall bring their own laptop installed with MS-Office 2007 (or above) . The software, templates and exercise content for each program shall be installed to the participant’s laptop.

The certificates (Participation and Course Completion) shall be issued by “eXample India” and the names of certified candidates shall be listed in eXampleCG's website shortly thereafter.

For candidates desirous of receiving relevant Course Completion Certificate from “eXample USA”, an additional application fee (as indicated in the brochure) shall be payable. Candidates intending to take up International or USA based assignments may wish to avail of this add-on option
