Program Information and Instructions

Program Delivery
The program shall be conducted in an immensely practical manner through examples, illustrations, case studies, games, group work, data analysis and Q&A sessions with sharp focus on business results driven competency development. It shall also leverage eXampleCG’s standardized and world class Six Sigma templates to impart structured, hands-on, practical and implementation driven competencies to the participants.

Program Fee
Program Fee is inclusive of:
  • Course materials
  • Training services
  • Lunch and Tea/coffee/snacks (In-person participants only)
  • Assessment Test (First Time)
  • Participation Certificate (for all attendees)
  • Course Completion Certificate (to those passing the test with >= 75.0% score)
  • Service Tax (as applicable)

Note: Candidates can also bring their own laptop installed with MS-Office 2007 (or above) with and XL-Analysis Tool pack/VBA installed). The relevant software, templates and exercise content shall be installed to the participant’s laptop at the venue.

Program fee does not include:
  • Accommodation/Stay/Travel expenses
  • Breakfast/Telephone/Personal expenses

The certificates (Participation and Course Completion) shall be issued by “eXample India” and the names of certified candidates shall be listed in eXample Consulting Group's website shortly thereafter.

For candidates desirous of receiving relevant Course Completion Certificate from “eXample USA”, an additional application fee (as indicated in the brochure) shall be payable. Candidates intending to take up International or USA based assignments may wish to avail of this add-on option
