Program Information and Instructions
Program Delivery
The program shall be conducted in an immensely practical manner through examples, illustrations, case studies, games, group work, data analysis and Q&A sessions with sharp focus on business results driven competency development. It shall also leverage eXampleCG’s standardized and world class Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence templates to impart structured, hand-on, practical and implementation driven competencies to the participants.

Note: Candidates shall bring their own laptop installed with MS-Office 2007 (or above) . The software, templates and exercise content as applicable for each program shall be emailed for download (or) installed to the participant’s laptop on the program day.
The certificates (Participation and Course Completion) shall be issued by “eXample India” and the names of certified candidates shall be listed in eXample Consulting Group's website shortly thereafter.
eXcellence eVangelist (eXeV) reward
As our alumni you can earn 10% of the Basic Program Fee (i.e., Program Fee - Service tax) as 'eXcellence eVangelist' (eXeV) reward for each participant referred and enrolled for our corporate or public programs
